We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds for our dropshipping store.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

• We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of approval.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return (e.g., minor defects).

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products

5. AliExpress Shipping Times

As we work with global suppliers, delivery may take 2–6 weeks. Please allow for this before requesting a refund for non-delivery.

6. How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
